About the event
Join a supportive, therapist-led mental health group designed for individuals navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidal thoughts, and stress. This in-person group provides a safe, confidential space to share experiences, gain insight, learn coping skills, and connect with others who understand. Led by a licensed therapist, participants will receive guidance, psychoeducation, and practical tools to support healing and emotional well-being. The group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 7:00–8:30 p.m. and is open to community members seeking support and connection.

This event is free to attend, but seating is limited to 30 participants to help create a comfortable and supportive space for everyone. If you are looking for support, connection, or simply a place where you can be heard, we encourage you to come join us.
